We are looking for a Junior Print Design to join our exciting, fast-paced and vibrant team.
Responsibilities
Designing equipment to motorcycle riders specifications and wishes
Producing artwork, logo boards and associated paperwork to pass to Production Coordinator
Research product and design trends to ensure a high standard of design work
Work with riders and teams to ensure designs are signed off and meet any sponsors brand guidelines for use on suits
Support the Race Department sales team with rider consultations
Support the wider team in the Race Department store project, working with existing RST dealers for customised suits for end-users
Ensure all designs are delivered on time against deadlines
Maintain communication with customers and colleagues at all times throughout the process ensuring all messages are clearly understood and expectations are managed
Any other activities commensurate with the level of this role
The Candidate
Minimum 1 year’s full-time experience working within a fast-paced print design team
Confident use of Adobe photoshop and illustrator
Ability to create all over & placement prints in the appropriate repeat sizes
Strong communication & presentation skills
Highly organised with the confidence to self-manage your workload on occasion
Able to work well under pressure
